London Natural History Museum

Here are pictures I took at the history museum today. The really cool thing about all the museums in London is that there’s no charge for permanent exhibitions. More museums in the states should do this. Maybe then, more people would support the arts.

Outside the museum was a carousel and an ice skating rink. Here’s the carousel.

Here’s the main hall of the museum. Up on the stairway is a statue of Charles Darwin.

These crystals look more yellow in person.

This is some kind of aquatic beast.

There’s a big dinosaur fossil in the main lobby.

This is the fossil of the extinct dodo bird. If only he wasn’t so darned delicious.

Here’s a saber-toothed tiger.
