I really love the fact that museums in London do not charge any admission fees for permanent exhibits. More museums in the US should adopt this model. Maybe then, more people would support the arts.
I took these following pictures at the London Natural History Museum today.

I saw this amazing carousel in front of the museum. However, nobody was riding it.

There were many Londoners ice skating in front of the museum.

Here’s the main hall of the museum. Up on the stairway is a statue of Charles Darwin.

These crystals look more yellow in person. I guess the camera flash made everything white.

This is some kind of aquatic beast from the old world.

There’s a big dinosaur fossil in the main lobby. I love dinosaurs.

This is the fossil of the extinct dodo bird. The little guy might have survived longer if only his species wasn’t so darned delicious.
